General admission gates and vendor booths open at 9:30 a.m. each day.
Some classes begin at 8:00 a.m. Only class ticket holders will be admitted to the fairgrounds for early entry; the vendor floor is closed.
Vendor Shopping Hours
Thursday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Sew Expo 2027 Contest
The Sewing & Stitchery Expo is excited to announce an open entry contest for 2027! Sewists of all skill levels are invited to create and submit any sewing-related project that fits the chosen theme — garments, cosplay, bags, hats, quilts, home décor, accessories, and more are all welcome. Projects may be created in any style or form, including upcycled creations, refashioned pieces, mixed-media designs, or brand-new original work.
