Vendor Criteria
To be considered as a Sewing & Stitchery Expo vendor, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a valid sewing-related business.
- The majority of products sold in the booth must be products such as fabrics, materials, patterns, equipment, etc. that are needed to do sewing or needlework.
- Must be an example of high quality and integrity in the sewing industry.
- Must promote a balance between products and education.
Apply for a Booth
New Vendors
The Sewing & Stitchery Expo is a juried show. All new vendors must apply to be considered. Accepted vendors will be notified as soon as possible.
Returning Vendors
You must have been an active vendor at the 2024 or 2025 Expo. If you participated during a prior year, you must apply as a new vendor.
Booth Information
Booth Price & Payment
Price: 10′ × 10′ booth = $1,295; increasing discounts on each additional booth
Special – You can receive 10% off your booth(s) if you pay your registration fee in full by September 30, 2025. If you have entered the 10% off discount code and have not paid your balance due by September 30, 2025, your booth price will revert to the original booth pricing. Use the discount code: 10PERCENT.
Payment
50% due upon registration, balance due January 9, 2026. Vendors will not be allowed to set up or receive their badges until their full booth payment has been made.
