Vendor Criteria

To be considered as a Sewing & Stitchery Expo vendor, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a valid sewing related business. The emphasis of the show will be sewing as opposed to other needlework entities.
  • The majority of products sold in the booth must be raw products such as fabrics, materials, patterns, equipment, etc. to do sewing or needlework.
  • Teachers must be vendors or connected to a vendor booth where they can be available for attendees to enhance the educational nature of Expo.
  • Due to the educational format and priorities of Expo, vendors must promote a balance between products and education.
  • Must be an example of high quality and integrity in the sewing industry.
  • Show management reserves the right to make decisions regarding involvement and participation of vendors and classes that are deemed best for the good of the Sewing & Stitchery Expo.

The Sewing & Stitchery Expo is a juried show. All new vendors must apply to be considered by August 31, 2020. Accepted vendors will be notified by the end of September 2020 or earlier depending on application date.

You must have been an active vendor at the 2020 Expo. If you participated during a prior year, you must apply as a new vendor.

Booth Price & Payment

10’x10′ booth = $920

(10% discount if paid in full by September 30, 2020)

Booth fee includes:

  • Pipe and drape dividers
    • Eight (8) foot tall back wall
    • Three (3) foot tall side wall
    • Full-height sidewalls may extend half way to the front of the booth (vendor is responsible for any additional charges by the decorator); or all the way to the aisle if agreed upon by neighboring vendor(s). Tall sidewalls must be special ordered through the show decorator.
  • 11″ × 17″ company identification sign (must be visibly displayed at all times during the show)
  • Four (4) vendor badges per booth. Additional or replacement badges may be purchased from Show Management for an additional fee.


50% payment is due by September 30, 2020. The balance is due February 1, 2021.

Credit Card

  • Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
  • A 3.5% merchant fee will be added to all credit card payments.
  • You may pay online during registration or call 509-335-3530 to pay by phone.

Vendor kit and additional order forms will be posted here approximately six (6) weeks before Expo.

  • Show Hours 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Vendor Move Out 4:00 pm – 12:00 am

By registering as a vendor at the Sewing & Stitchery Expo, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of the show. Failure to comply with show rules may result in your removal from the show.
