Join us for the largest consumer sewing and fiber arts event in the U.S. There are 400 vendor booths spanning two buildings at the Washington State Fairgrounds, all to help make your customers’ creative dreams come true.

Vendor Criteria

To be considered as a Sewing & Stitchery Expo vendor, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a valid sewing related business.
  • The majority of products sold in the booth must be raw products such as fabrics, materials, patterns, equipment, etc. to do sewing or needlework.
  • Must be an example of high quality and integrity in the sewing industry.
  • Must promote a balance between products and education.

The Sewing & Stitchery Expo is a juried show. All new vendors must apply to be considered by September 2, 2024. Accepted vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

You must have been an active vendor at the 2023 or 2024 Expo. If you participated during a prior year, you must apply as a new vendor.

Price: 10′ × 10′ booth = $1,295

(10% discount if paid in full by September 30, 2024)
